About Us

Formally established in 1984 as the Iowa Private College Career Consortium, we have grown in recent years and changed our name in the process. Now the Iowa College Recruiting Network (ICoRN), our consortium is a cooperative recruiting service representing 30 independent colleges and universities across Iowa holding membership with the Iowa Association of Independent Colleges and Universities.

What We Can Do for You

• ICoRN offers a convenient, centralized, and productive recruiting service for employers and students.
• ICoRN hosts pre-selected interview events and career fairs for positions in management, accounting, consulting, marketing, education, human services, information technology, administration, and more.
• ICoRN allows students to network and gain valuable information about a variety of employers during interview opportunities and career fairs.
• ICoRN provides employers with top talent from a combined total of over 50,000 students.
